3 Basic Ways Of Dealing With Inferiority Complex

Have you at some point felt that you are inferior to others? It's normal. All of us at some point in our lives have felt the same. Growing up, we saw other kids who performed better than us in the class. Kids who played sports well. Kids who were loved by all. We got jealous. We felt inferior to them. We constantly compared ourselves to them.

Build self-confidence

Self-confidence means you accepting and trusting yourself and having a sense of control in your life. Know your strength and weakness, have a positive view of yourself, treat yourself better, act confident, do what you love and embrace yourself.

Surround yourself with people who uplift you

The environment in which you find yourself can make you feel inferior. Disassociate yourself from people who always look down on you but associate yourself with people who see the best in you and encourage you.

Think Positive and Talk Positive

Practice positive self-talk. Encourage yourself. Praise yourself for all the good traits that you have. Try to change the tone and words that you use for yourself.
